Ghost Agency x Room Room

I had the pleasure of joining Ghost Agency as a lighting programmer for their exhibition Session 8 at Room Room, Art Hub Copenhagen.

My role in the project involved programming and coding a 360° rotating light installation that ran continuously throughout the exhibition. The installation featured three main sequences, each requiring distinct characteristics and “behaviors” from the eight light beams, creating an elusive and ambiguous choreography between the lamps.

Ghost Agency explores digital surveillance and the loss of privacy, developing tools and strategies to aid our survival in the shadow of the digital hegemony extracting our data and agency. ‘Session 8’ presents their interdisciplinary practice across film, sculpture, photography, and light installation.
